* Eric Smith actually played a Sceptile-GX deck (list) during the early rounds of the tournament. During a mid-round deck check, it was found that that list had not been successfully submitted in RK9 Labs, but Smith was allowed to continue the tournament with a backup list he did submit (Blacephalon-GX/Naganadel).

Notes
  • This was the fourth North American Regional of the 2018-19 season and the first major North American tournament (second worldwide) to use Lost Thunder as a legal set.
  • This was Jimmy Pendarvis's second Regional win of the 2018-19 season--in fact, his second in 30 days (he won the 2018 Portland Regionals). It was Pendarvis's third career Regional win.
  • This was the fourth consecutive North American Regional won by Team Dead Draw Gaming and the sixth major event won by the team in 2018-19.
